  • 1. What is the Families Connect app?
     

    Families Connect is the digital home for your on-going reunion with friends and family. Our app allows you to privately share special moments and to stay in touch with those who matter most to you. We like to think of Families Connect as an online holiday card you can update and grow throughout the year. Invite loved ones to share photos and videos, stories and recipes and create lasting memories of important life milestones.

  • 2. Why should I use Families Connect?
     

    Families Connect gives you a private place to share content with only the family and friends given access by you. You own all the content you post to Families Connect – we will never share any data provided through our application. In short, we take you and your content’s privacy seriously – you can read ours Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy for more information.

     

  • 3. Is Families Connect free?
     

    Yes, Families Connect is totally free for you and your family to use.

     

  • 4. Can I get access to my Families Connect pages on all my devices?
     

    You can access your login page at app.famconnect.staging.wpengine.com/login on any mobile phone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer.

     

  • 5. Creating Your Family Dashboard
     

    Creating Your Family Dashboard

    • Now that you have an account, the next thing you should do is create your family dashboard.
    • Once you have signed up you will be asked to "Create a Family."
    • Choose any description you want for your family.
    • You can create more than one family within your Families Connect account.
    • You can change the name of your family at any time.

    The Families Connect team is working on a tool to provide an automated solution to this problem. But, for now, you will have to let the person who invited you to know that you already have an account and you need them to invite you at that email address.

     

  • 3. How do I delete my account?
     

    If you need to delete your account, please let us know through the Families Connect Support form.
